Our Full Design and Project Management service is ideal if you are embarking on a full refurbishment project involving trades and time constrictions. This level of service saves you time and money as all of the stress and work of sourcing and organising your project is taken care of for you.
We start with a consultation where we take the time to compile a detailed design brief – to learn about what you want your property to deliver for you.
and inspection of your property, assessing the size, floor plan and aspect of each room.
We then prepare a detailed project proposal for you outlining the scope of your project including timelines and our associated costs. We believe in no surprises during a renovation – and ensure you have total control throughout each stage of your project.
The next stage is preparation of a detailed Concept Board for your property. This board contains all elements of the recommended interior design and interior decorating for your property – including paint colours, window treatments, floor coverings, furniture design and layout and lighting.
The Concept Board encapsulates all aspects of your design into one integrated whole – so you can see at a glance the essence of your design.
Next we call on our trusted team of tradespeople, suppliers and manufactures and provide you with ‘trade associate’ level quotes covering all the major aspects of your renovations including electrical, plumbing, painting and flooring.
We have long established, working relationships with our tradespeople and choose only to hire people who are reliable, turn up on time, produce quality work and don't leave a mess when they leave. So you don’t have to be concerned about the quality of work or calibre of service provider. Of course we are also happy to work with your preferred tradespeople.
Once you have approved our Concept Board, quotes and timelines we get to work!
For the duration of your renovation Alex Honey personally manages all aspects of your project, so you are free to get on with your daily life knowing that every tiny detail is being monitored. She remains in constant contact with you – keeping you informed of progress, resolving any issues if they arise.
Once your project is complete, Alex will automatically offer you an obligation free seasonal update service where she recommends changes and style updates from the words latest furnishing and fabric collections. This way your property maintains its style currency over the years.
